Shao Wenfeng said that because of his love for painting and engaged in furniture painting for ten years, he later ceased business due to suffering from Meniere's disease, but his enthusiasm for art could not stop. Shao Wenfeng portrayed the mountain view and tree shadows from the childhood impression of his hometown of Zhushan in Nantou. "After the Empty Mountain and New Rain" and "Clear Springs and High Stones" are based on Wang Wei's mountain dwelling Qiu. The pen knife emphasizes simple and delicate lines. In the works "Wang", "Landscapes and Feelings", and "I see many charming mountains and hills", the rhythmic images of trees, seas and clouds are blended in a blue and green tone, and the gentle and wavy path is formed.
